Jumbo Bunny Crayons

Packaging options will vary based on the amount of crayons selected. The standard listing includes "Jumbo Crayons" or "Happy Easter" on the outside and is wrapped in decorative yarn or a box sleeve depending on the packaging selected. Any personalization requested should be included in the notes (Name, message, etc). Exact packaging (color, size, etc.) may vary based on availability. If you have specific packaging requests, please include them in your notes. 

We offer FREE Domestic USPS shipping on all orders over $50!  Additional USPS options and a free local pickup option are also provided at checkout. Once ordered, we will provide time and location options for your pickup order as soon as possible.  If you would like to upgrade your shipping to UPS, please add the shipping upgrade option at checkout. 

We try to prepare all orders as fast as possible and processing time will vary based on the volume and time of year. Since each crayon is personally made, we generally have a 3-5 business days processing time which may be increased during holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.). We will do our best to update the current processing times for items on the homepage. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please include this in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate but this CANNOT be guaranteed. When available, we do offer a RUSH MY ORDER option as an add on to your purchase to move you to the front of the line - please see our add on section in our shop! Also be sure to check out our ready to ship items! When items are marked as Ready to Ship, that does not include any customization.  If adding customization, please allow additional processing time.

Returns or Exchanges

We want you to love your order as much as possible.  Due to the nature and personalization of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

Rush Order

We have many items that are ready to be shipped as indicated in the individual item page.  Personalized orders take more time but we do offer a Rushed order which will move you to the front of the line.  Generally, this will be shipped within 24-48 hours.  

Additional Crayon Info

Our personalized name crayons are made from high quality, name brand nontoxic crayons. Adult supervision required and not recommended for children under 3 due to small parts that could break off which may cause a choking hazard if swallowed.
